Terms & Conditions
A Legal Disclaimer
We kindly ask that you carefully read the following terms and conditions before engaging with our services. By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge your acceptance and agreement with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we recommend refraining from using our services.
Please note that these terms are subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly for updates. Should you have any questions or require clarification on any of these terms, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@betafraym.com. Your usage of our services is considered acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Ownership of Designs, Logos, and Intellectual Property
Every design, logo, concept, and idea meticulously crafted by Betafraym belongs exclusively to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of our designs, logos, or intellectual property will be met with firm legal action. For instance, if anyone attempts to copy or duplicate logos directly from our website without authorization, legal proceedings will ensue, including potential criminal charges.
Termination of Services
We hold the right to immediately terminate any ongoing services and contracts under certain circumstances. For instance, if a client were to make derogatory statements publicly or privately based on race, gender, religion, or any other freedoms, their contract with us would be subject to immediate termination. Additionally, if a client were to engage in rude or demeaning behavior towards any of our staff or ownership individuals, we would consider it grounds for termination.
Consultation and Contract Requirement
Our process begins with a consultation call. A prospective client interested in our services would first need to schedule a consultation call. This initial conversation helps us understand their needs and business goals and values. Betafraym acts and works primarily with ethical businesses and morally driven individuals. Based on the scope of the project and the connection with the prospective client, Betafraym has a right to deny a project due to scope or if Betafraym and prospective client are not a good fit. Upon approval, clients will be required to sign a contract. This contract outlines the scope of work, payment terms, and other crucial details. Betafraym has the right to send your project to a partnered development company for completion, if project proves to be too technical for Betafraym to complete and requires a build on a different CMS or requires development services.
Representation and Partnerships
To provide clarity, we emphasize that we do not endorse any partnerships with outside parties unless formally contracted. A hypothetical scenario would involve an external entity claiming they have a partnership with Betafraym without proper contractual agreements. This unauthorized representation would lead to potential legal consequences for the external party.
Business Success and Responsibility
Our role as a digital design agency is to create digital designs that accurately reflect our clients' visions. It's important to understand that we are not accountable for the success or failure of a client's business. If, for example, a client's business faces challenges or successes, our responsibility is limited to the design aspect and does not extend to financial outcomes or business decisions.
Payment Processing and Security
All financial transactions with our clients are conducted through the third-party platforms such as "Zelle", "PayPal", and "Venmo". In the unlikely event of a fraudulent activity, such as unauthorized access to financial information, it's important to clarify that Betafraym is not liable. Instead, any concerns or issues related to payment processing security fall under the responsibility of "Zelle," "Paypal," or "Venmo."
